In this video we show the different stages of assembling the hull: from machining the planks to gluing a new strake onto the hull. As a bonus: life and the pace of a day at the Orkan shipyard.
We braved the storm for an afternoon to sail the Garonne with the Bátar Fyr! On the menu: a thunderstorm, a rather botched shoot, and free longship rides for everyone at La Daurade.
We were invited to the Angoulême International Comics Festival as part of Makoto Yukimura’s manga Vinland Saga, and it was amazing!
